Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth are going their separate methods.
After greater than a decade collectively, the couple introduced in a joint assertion Friday that they’re divorcing.
“We’ve got some private information to share,” the assertion posted on Witherspoon’s Instagram said. “It’s with a substantial amount of care and consideration that we’ve got made the tough choice to divorce.”
“We’ve got loved so many great years collectively and are shifting ahead with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for all the things that we’ve got created collectively,” the assertion added.
The “Your Place or Mine” star and the producer received married in 2011 at her ranch in Ojai. They share 10-year-old son Tennessee.
“Our largest precedence is our son and our complete household as we navigate this subsequent chapter,” the joint assertion continued. “These issues are by no means straightforward and are extraordinarily private. We actually respect everybody’s respect for our household’s privateness at the moment.”

This was Toth’s first marriage.
Witherspoon was beforehand married to actor Ryan Phillippe from 1999 to 2008. The previous couple share 23-year-old daughter Eva and 19-year-old son Deacon.
