We have some happy news to report: “The Masked Singer” host Joel Dommett has welcomed his first child with his model wife, Hannah Cooper. The TV favourite announced their new addition on Instagram via a post showing their new son’s gorgeous little feet posted with a black and white filter. Cooper captioned the photo, “Pinterest perfect baby feet that are already bigger than his Dad’s.” They also announced that their baby boy’s name is Wilde Cooper-Dommett.
Friends and family jumped into the comments to wish the couple congratulations with Ant and Dec, Olly Murs, and Pixie Lott all sending their congratulations.
The couple, who also co-host their brilliantly honest podcast “Never Have I Ever”, started dating back in 2017 after Cooper slid into Dommett’s DMs. They married two years later in a beachside ceremony in Mykonos, and announced they were expecting their first child back in May via a cute Instagram post of photo booth strips showing Cooper’s baby bump.
Since then, they have been keeping fans updated with the ups and downs on pregnancy on their podcast and on social media. They arrived at the TV BAFTAs in May and posed on the red carpet looking super glam, with Dommett affectionately holding his wife’s sweet bump. While he hosted the NTAs on 5 Sept., he had joked prior to the event that he might have to pull out if his wife went into labour. Fortunately, she held on for the show to go ahead.
Now their bundle of joy has arrived, could Dommett meet up with his “I’m a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here” campmate Scarlett Moffatt who also recently welcomed her first child? We hope so! Get them in matching Aussie hats! With a new series of “The Masked Singer” due to be filmed imminently, we imagine Dommett has quite the busy few months ahead . . .
